Once the songs are installed in the iPod folder take the SD card/adaptor out of the PC and put it back into the R4 cartridge exactly like you did before and re-insert it back into your DS.

On your DS Select iPod again, press A to select and look on in wonder as you realise all your songs are now on your DS....or should that be your Nintendo virtual iPod.
